The short answer is no. I will provide all the balloons, backdrops and materials that I regularly use and trust. I only use high quality balloons to ensure your design lasts for hours and withstands the natural elements as best as possible.
Yes absolutely! However, I highly recommended that the balloon garland/backdrop be in a shaded area. Under a tree, patio , canopy etc. Balloons no matter how high quality can pop under direct sun light. If you would like your set up to still placed in the open in direct sunlight Jessica's balloon bar will not be responsible for the deflation or popping of balloons. Once I have finished setting up and leave I can not guarantee the balloons won't pop because of hot temperatures, rain , wind or snow.
An inquiry form is a way for me to know all the details of your event and check availability. A DEPOSIT of 50% is due to BOOK YOUR DATE. The deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to re-schedule your deposit will be used towards that later date. Your account will have a credit that is good for one year.
All my work is local and near Santa Barbara. I no longer travel to the Los Angeles area or other parts of California.
If your event not only includes balloons but a back drop rental, neon sign or furniture I require at least a 2 hours to set up ( possibly more on the scale and detail of your setup.) I usually will arrive with majority of the balloons already inflated. At the end of your event I will come to pick up my equipment. You can absolutely keep the balloons or I can dispose of them as well. Set up time and tear down are factored into your quote.
